Reservation Conditions
Deposit and Cancellation Policy - For Bedrooms in the Main Building
To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit. During the reservation process, we will provide different options for paying the deposit. For cancellation, the deposit is fully refundable if we are notified at least seven days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Any cancellations within seven days of the scheduled date of arrival (including after check-in), the full accommodation charges will be due.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy – For Gardener’s Cottage
To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit of €400. During the reservation process, we will provide different options for paying the deposit. For cancellation, the deposit is fully refundable if we are notified at least three weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Any cancellations within three weeks of the scheduled date of arrival (including after check-in), the full accommodation charges will be due.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, French cheques and cash.
Pets
We do not accept pets.
Check-In
Check-in is from 16h00 to 19h00 (please let us know at least two days in advance should you require to check-in after 19h00 to ensure that someone will be around to welcome you to Les Roches).
Check-Out
Check-out is by 11h00.
