Paul and I got back from our trip last week and just wanted to thank you both (as well as Buttons and Ustinov!) for your wonderful hospitality that helped make Burgundy such as highlight of our holiday. Many congratulations on your professionalism and personalised attention to detail with Chateau Les Roches – it was certainly very much appreciated. Your recommended itineraries and restaurants were fabulous, and we immensely enjoyed staying in for your dinner (great value!) and mixing with your other guests. If you can stand it, you’ll probably be besieged by more Australians as we’ve passed your details on to many of our friends (don’t worry – they’re a discerning lot!) and we both certainly plan a return visit for a longer stay to take full advantage of all the Burgundy region has to offer ... that is just as soon as we’ve paid off the national debt of an African nation for our dinner at Bernard Loiseau (just kidding – Visa all paid!).

We so enjoyed our visit to your beautiful chateau. The setting was magnificent and the rooms were regal, all complimented by a lovely breakfast on the porch.
