Kind of surreal that we were there...even when we were there...and are already back! We are already into the mundane routine...after one of the most memorable trips we have had...the kids said it was by far their favorite. Thank you for your contribution to that.

Les Roches is beyond compare! I will be one of your best marketing tools. You and Marco [and new interns] work very hard...and we noticed all of the little things...that make Les Roches over the top! We enjoyed our stay beyond words...besides the charm of the Chateau...and village...you were all charming, as well! We will remember it forever...not sure the boys will ever get over the "golf loss"...you know how "you guys" hold onto that stuff! Seriously, it added a dimension to their trip that was incomparable.

My friend and I made back safely through the snow! Although our stay was short, I just wanted to say thank you to you and Marco for being such kind hosts. Your cozy chateau was exactly what we needed after what was a long day's drive in the rain and snow. I look forward to the day that I can return again, hopefully for more extended period of stay!

Just a note to thank you for your wonderful hospitality and the warmth that each of you showed to both Sue and I during our recent stay.

We have made very good use of your "lessons" on wines during the remainder of the trip and here in Chicago - Aligotte is a favorite of ours and we are sticking pretty close to Bourgognes Pinots of various qualities.  

Sue and I have said more than once that we got to see the best of the Bourgogne in good measure because you took the time and, more importantly, the interest in helping us plan our daily activities. Abbey de Fontany, Vezelay, and the countryside.

Mont St Jean and Les Roches is a real favorite of ours -  in part it is the history and, the wonderful Maison d'Hotes that you have worked so hard and took such great risks to create  and, I suppose  the 'Wuthering Heights weather which created a unique atmosphere that greatly improved my photography skills.  But, we also enjoyed it because of you both and all that you brought to our experience

All the best. We miss Les Roches every day but we are so happy that we had the opportunity to stay at your wonderful hotel. Hope all is well and moving forward.

Carl and I wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed our stay at Les Roches. What a robustly refined, elegant, tasteful, atmospheric, warm, cozy environment you've created! And, the food Marco prepared and presented to us was so much exactly what we enjoy and had hoped for...refined, vigorously tasty and displaying each individual flavour to exponential degree. Thank you for the fine mattress and wonderful sheets. These are all some things one can't bear not enjoying! You already know how extreme the view from our room is...and the bath water sooooooooo hot! WONDERFUL. And your wine recommendation...superb.
