Carl and I wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed our stay at Les Roches. What a robustly refined, elegant, tasteful, atmospheric, warm, cozy environment you've created! And, the food Marco prepared and presented to us was so much exactly what we enjoy and had hoped for...refined, vigorously tasty and displaying each individual flavour to exponential degree. Thank you for the fine mattress and wonderful sheets. These are all some things one can't bear not enjoying! You already know how extreme the view from our room is...and the bath water sooooooooo hot! WONDERFUL. And your wine recommendation...superb.

Having recently spent a great, relaxing and comfortable week over New Year in the Gardener's Cottage I wanted to assure any potential travelers that despite the freezing temperatures outside it was really cosy inside - the log fire was just great to boost the more than adequate heating system. The icing on the cake was joining up with the Chateau guests at New Year (Hogmanay!) and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of company AND fabulous food and wine. We'll be back! I want to beat Tobias at golf!
