Food & Drinks
Given the popularity of the Les Roches dinners, we are going to expand our dinner service to five evenings per week starting 15 March 2012. We are going to offer a choice of two menus and à la carte items (we are also including vegetarian options). The choices will change depending on what is in season. We are very pleased to have hired an experienced chef and Selby will join us on March 12th.
Hailing from the UK, Selby has spent the last twenty years traveling, discovering food and cultures from the Arctic Circles to Australia. He spent two years cruising the canals of Burgundy and other regions of France, cooking for various famous faces with the prestigious Orient Express group, before deciding to settle in Burgundy to learn more about this fascinating region's food and wine. He shares our philosophy and has a passion for sourcing fresh, local produce and is well known for spinning his own ideas on regional specialties; ask him about his version of the classic 'oeufs en meurette'!
Our restaurant will be open from Thursday to Monday and dinner orders will be taken from 19H30 to 21H00. Advanced reservations is recommended.
On the other evenings, Tuesdays and Wednesday, a generous platter of cold-cuts, cheeses, salad and freshly baked bread will be available. The cost is 19 € per person.
We will continue with our current dinner service service until March 12th:
